I became a member of Caniad North Wales in 2018 as I had used Community mental health services my area and I wanted to become involved in shaping services

I attend a big chat to see what was going on locally and then became a member of the Caniad forum and panel.  

I was given information that Wales and Mental health wellbeing forum were recruiting so I decided to apply and was successful. I am on the comms and future planning groups within the forum. I am looking forward to the future and to be involved In shaping mental health services In Wales.
