I’m interested in service user and carer led evaluation of services,  Autism combined with mental health issues, and Women’s mental health.  I’m keen to promote recovery,  self-management, peer support and open dialogue.

I’ve been a rep on the Forum since it began in late 2013.

I am on the Future planning, consultation and diversity working groups within the Forum.  I’m also on the National Partnership Board,  but due to finish my term soon.  I’m on the National Psychological Therapies Management Group,  and chair the Hywel Dda Talk to Me 2 delivery group,  which deals with the prevention of suicide and self-harm.  I am involved in a number of groups locally including a Recovery Steering group and Peer Support task and finish group.
